Dewey's Read-a-Thon Wrap up Post

Once again Dewey's Read-a-Thon has come and gone. It is one of my favorite bookish events!

Which hour was most daunting for you? Around midnight
Could you list a few high-interest books that you think could keep a Reader engaged for next year? Fang Girl was really fast and funny
Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the Read-a-thon next year? None, it was excellent as always
What do you think worked really well in this year’s Read-a-thon? everything, as usual
How many books did you read? 2 1/2, gosh I am slow!
What were the names of the books you read? Fang Girl, My Life Next Door and half of Splintered
Which book did you enjoy most? Fang Girl
Which did you enjoy least? Splintered
If you were a Cheerleader, do you have any advice for next year’s Cheerleaders? I wasn't a cheerleader this year but I will be next time. The first year I participated, I had lots of comments through out the read-a-thon. This year there were very few comments...I'd like to leave more next year...it really helps!
How likely are you to participate in the Read-a-thon again? What role would you be likely to take next time? I definitely will! As both a reader and a cheerleader. I want to leave comments for others...it helps so much!

  2. Wow, that Read-a-Thon sounded intense - I think my own eyes would have given out around hour 4! Anyway, thank you so much for picking Fang Girl for the challenge. I'm delighted to have entertained you! :D

    1. It was so much fun but exhausting! Wish I had glasses instead of contacts during it, would be easier to last longer. It was wonderful...a review is coming soon!
