Two beauties from HarperCollins. The House Girl was a win from co-hostessing the Dewey Read-a-Thon for Andi. I keep saying that I'm not going to request or accept anymore books but Avalon sounds incredible! Hoping to start on that one this week. The cover gives me grabby hands!

DeleteAvalon is pretty good so far...it just has a LOT of similarities to Firefly, something I hoped from reading the synopsis would just be a homage and not an outline.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read Firefly thankfully...I dislike reading something that is a rip off of something else. I just started it today and it's pretty good. It's long though, huh?
